Re: New fuel cell arrived, vintage race weekend looming.
Updating the roll hoops for your car must have been quite the task. We have one track group that allows open wheel cars, the event I did here was an SCCA test day. One of the safety stewards later told me he would have said no but he was basically overruled. As an ex motorcycle road raced I don't ha...

Re: New fuel cell arrived, vintage race weekend looming.
Richard my car is an 87 Novakar. It's the 3rd one built. I'm still running the AMW motor. Although I bought it primarily as an autocross car I knew that I would also run it at a vintage race or two. I also have a Datsun 1200 I've run since 1989 (SCCA & vintage) I race with VARA (Vintage Auto Rac...

Re: Where is everyone?

Over the last 30 years I've run a Showroom Stock Miata, Formula Vee, D-Sports racer and as of 5 years ...

Re: Where is everyone?
I think a lot o folks are on Facebook. I currently have the road race set up on the car as I'm not sure which type of event I will be attending first. My next available road race is October 3-4. We may have a June night autocross (I'm in Vegas, we switch to night events in the summer) but I typical ...

AMW parts.
If anyone has any AMW parts lying around I'd be interested in them or even complete engines. The motor in my car doesn't know it's supposed to be unreliable so I might as well keep running it.
